Shimano's MT32Ls are great for recreational riding as well as fitness cycling, on or off the road and even indoors. And thanks to their grippy rubber outer soles, they're great for walking when your bike's parked, too. They're comfortable, sporty and easily accept cleats (sold separately) when you're ready for the efficiency of clipless pedals. These shoes also feature shoelace loops for safety and EVA midsoles for pedaling efficiency.
In order to mount your pedal's cleats to your shoes, they must have matching bolt patterns. There are three configurations (diagram) used on cycling shoes, SPD-R, Look/SPD-SL and SPD. Road shoes feature one, two or even all three of these. Mountain-bike shoes usually use the SPD pattern. If you're unsure what bolt pattern your shoes use, please contact us. We're here to help!
